- Kindly carry a valid ID proof while visiting the palace such as your passport copy or Emirates ID.
- Bringing foods and drinks inside the garden is strictly prohibited. Eating and drinking is allowed only in the designated areas.
- Don’t leave your things unattended. The management of the garden will not be responsible for any lost belongings.
- Butterflies like to rest on leaves and pathways, please watch your steps while walking.
- Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians.
- Photography of the butterflies is allowed with the assistance of staff members. However, Professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens, iPads / tablets / laptops are strictly prohibited.
- Touching the butterfly wings is prohibited.
- Please don’t cross the restricted areas at the garden to avoid any potential damages.
- Dubai Butterfly Garden Management can refuse entry or remove anyone from the premises without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or poses a security threat.
- Holders of Emirates People of Determination (specially-abled) ID cards can enter the garden free of cost.
- There will be a queuing system outside to manage entry into the garden. Please bear in mind that due to the implementation of additional safety measures, queuing times will be a little longer.
